ABOUT US

Welcome! Asking for help is a courageous act, and I commend you for taking this step to look for a therapist. Whether this is your first experience with therapy, or you’ve utilized it throughout your life, it’s an incredibly vulnerable act and deserves a conversation that leaves you feeling seen and heard.

Research shows that the strength of the relationship between client and therapist is one of the strongest predictors for therapy outcomes. I founded Heart Mind Soul Practice to provide just that; a place for growth, healing, and a space to redefine what success looks like for you - the individual, you-the couple, and you-the family.

My therapy style is collaborative, relational, and centered on helping you, the whole person. I tailor treatment to fit the individual, using an integrative approach that brings together my training in various modalities.

As a trauma-informed mental health counselor, I specialize in addressing disordered eating, body image concerns, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship issues. In therapy, I guide you through self-exploration to understand how your past influences your identity, behavior, and self-perception. You shouldn't have to endure pain and self-criticism alone—I'm here to actively collaborate with you, not just passively listen. My approach is supportive, empathetic, and free of judgment, creating a safe environment where you can confront challenging emotions and discover your inner resilience.

At the core, we all seek meaning, mastery, purpose, belonging, and hope. Overcoming internal barriers is key to achieving these aspirations. I firmly believe therapy should be tailored to your individual needs and preferences, which is why I embrace an integrative, holistic approach. Whether you're navigating major life changes or grappling with mental health issues, I'm committed to guiding you toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

My clients often praise my ability to craft personalized treatment plans that lead to tangible progress. Recognizing that each person is unique, I delve beneath the surface to address underlying issues. By shedding light on unspoken concerns, we can take significant strides toward lasting change. Specializations

Having the self-awareness and tenacity to understand when you need support is something to celebrate, and I want to meet you on that journey and help guide you through discovery. My goal is to work with you to understand the complexities of who you are and find the strengths to navigate your everyday life.

I received my graduate degree from the Rutgers University School of Social Work. I specialize in working with young adults and adults facing anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, depression, interpersonal problems, trouble with self-acceptance, and other everyday challenges.

I utilize a cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approach, emphasizing the importance of an open and understanding space during sessions. In addition, I use EMDR to help process trauma. Everyone’s struggles and life experiences are different, and my approach caters to those diverse events. I do not believe that one method works for everyone, and I want therapy to be a collaborative process.

Life throws us many curveballs that we cannot control. What we can control is the way we react to these events. I want to help you find the inner strength to work through these barriers and get to a place of confidence and peace.
